I know the title of this article is "You got these people in your life?" Bare with me please, and keep reading. Some ground work needs to be established first in this article, before we get to are these people in your life?

WHAT'S GOING ON AT YOUR PERSONAL ALTAR?

In the history of the tabernacle, the same altar was used for 270 years.

II Kings 16: 10 - 18; Isaiah 7: 3 -9

Do you have a personal altar in your life?

If you're sliding or drifting from God, it starts with you drifting away from your personal altar.

If you don't protect the altar in your life, you'll begin to replace your personal altar with carnal things.

Is your prayer life's standard set according to the world i.e. like a hybrid, watered-downed religious activity?
Or, is your prayer life's standard according God and of heart-wrenching transparency and honesty before the Holy Spirit?

Once you loose the personal altar, you loose your direction.
Once you loose conviction in your life, you begin to pick up the very things the Holy Spirit has delivered you from.
Once you loose your personal altar, your begin to slowly lower your standards.
Once you loose your personal altar, you choose to shut the door on the Holy Spirit convicting you.

The altar is not a place where you simply inquire when you are in trouble.

The altar in its ultimate purpose, is a place where you die to your flesh and you die to yourself, where you die to your own will and your own desire.

When you little-by-little remove your altar, your prayer life [which should include praying in your heavenly prayer language] and killing the flesh is no longer a priority.

You and I need the altar, the old fashioned altar of God, because as long as you and I breathe, the following will be continuous:

a) your flesh continues to try to override your spirit.
b) another part of yourself will always need to die.
c) you and I will always need to pray constantly, specifically when we don't feel like it.

Every Christian believer needs the following three types of people in your life.

YOU got THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE?

Who are the Paul's in your life? These Paul-type people are above your spiritual level, they can check you and hold you accountable? The Paul-type people in your life are a very select, few people that you'll rearrange your schedule for when they call you up because they have heard from the Holy Spirit specifically for you.

- the relationship with these Paul-type people should NOT be codependent
- the relationship with these select Paul-type people should NOT have a trace of manipulation
- your relationship with these few Paul-type people should NOT have any trace of fear in it

Who are the Timothy's in your life? These are people that you pour into their life spiritually? Your spiritual maturity is more developed than theirs. This select group of people seeks you out, they respect you, your character draws them.

- the relationship with these Timothy-type people should have boundaries established up front
- the relationship with these Timothy-type people should NOT have a trace of control from you in their lives
- the relationship with these few Timothy-type people are usually for a season
release and conclude the relationship amicably when the season ends with each of these people

Who are the Barnabas' in your life? These are your spiritual peers, you all are on the same level of maturity. These are people you sharpen and they sharpen you. You need to hang out with these like-minded people because you all are of like faith.

When you show signs of loosing the altar in your life, REMEMBER the Paul-type, Timothy-type and Barnabas-type people are in your life from God -- so do not resent these chosen people. When these people speak, correct, challenge, irritate and admonish you about the "its" in your life, don't shun them, please beloved reader.

- these Paul/Timothy/Barnabas people can be any age in your life
- these Paul/Timothy/Barnabas people should NOT represent any form of temptation in your interaction
- the character of these Paul/Timothy/Barnabas people should show evidence that they thirst and seek God regularly
- these Paul/Timothy/Barnabas people should themselves be surrounded with people who hold them accountable

Free at last, free at last … thank God Almighty I’m free at last! I clearly remember that sunny Saturday almost 15 years ago. It was the day my 20-year masturbation addiction finally died.

Instead of sleeping in I got up early, determined to rake and bag a yard full of leaves. Around noon I was sweaty and tired, but felt accomplished as I finished twist-tying and hauling the last heavy bag to the sidewalk for pickup.

Afterward a much-needed shower, my thoughts turned to relaxing in bed with a book or even dozing off. As I lay there reading, my still-damp hair cooling the back of my neck, that old familiar urge to satisfy myself suddenly visited. Quickly I thought of how many times in the past weeks I had said no to the urge and how good I had felt about these victories. Not wanting to lose any ground I had gained, I cried out to God for help and just as quickly I heard His still, small Voice, Take a walk.

Much as I didn’t want to go back out into the heat and humidity after feeling so cool and clean, I knew that I needed to obey because the conditions were ripe for a fall. I forced myself up, put on some clean, comfortable clothes and called my dog who was always up for a walk. I don’t remember anything exceptional about that walk except that later I realized it really was my final victory lap in a very long and frustrating race. Yeah! The enemy of my soul had finally lost in yet another area and God and I had finally won!

So how did masturbation get such power over me that I was hooked for two decades? Well, it all started when I was a kid -- where many life-controlling habits, good and bad, have their roots. As a pre-teen a friend loaned me a XXX-rated paperback and I, unwisely, read the raunchy rag. It planted some really rotten seeds in my mind and heart that years later sprouted into a garden of weeds. One of those weeds was masturbation.

Nothing happened for five years. Then one day while I was alone -- and lonely -- [not a good combination, to say the least] the pornographic words [and resultant images] that had been imprinted on my mind revisited my thoughts and I bought their dumb lies! I listened to the thoughts telling me to just try it and rationalized what could just trying it’ hurt? A lot.

Almost instantly I got high on a feeling [as the song goes], which led to another good feeling episode, then another and another till this little secret became a monthly, then a weekly, and sometimes a daily routine. I wanted it yet I hated it, always fearful of getting caught. Then what?! I couldn’t bear the thought! But then I couldn’t stop either ‘cause the urge was too strong by now. Yuk! I was stuck!

And wouldn’t you know it, this insatiable lust brought its friends who soon became part of my persona [or so it seemed]: depression, roller coaster emotions, sarcasm, mocking, self-hate, and a bunch of other unsavory emotions. Yeah, right, just try it! Forget that! Try it and get hooked - by a crook [The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy John 10:10 reads.] is more like it!

Sometime after I got hooked I overheard someone say that the woman who used to live in the room where my addiction began What I didn’t know when I had engaged in some really perverted sex acts. started this supposedly innocent, feel good habit is that I, who had already been seeded with porn trash five years earlier, had unknowingly walked into a major trap/ambush that further stole my innocence and other beautiful gifts God meant for me to enjoy -- plus take heaps of humility to shed.

So now you know how I got hooked. Let’s move on to the good part - how I got free - and how you can too! In a word: accountability. I remembered the power of this amazing tool from when I attended an Anonymous program that helped me dump another bad habit -- overeating.

The leader at one particular meeting I attended told the group that if the urge to pig out came, the solution was to phone someone in the Anonymous group. Wouldn’t ya know it, a few days later I needed that advice. I bravely got up the courage to call the number and guess what? It worked! With my pig out food in front of me and my anonymous friend on the line, I told her what I was about to do and sort of challenged her to talk me out of it.

She didn’t freak out or get offended, she just asked me what had recently happened. [Later I learned it was to reveal what triggered my binge so that she could help me avoid future set-ups and upsets]. Then she listened, which helped a lot. After dumping a bunch of pain into her ear, I suddenly realized that I was breathing more easily and no longer wanted to stuff my face with junk food when I wasn’t even hungry! It was amazing! I couldn’t care less about pigging out now because I was feeling something far better -- self respect! Cool! So I told her that then thanked her and threw the rest of the junk food away.

It wasn’t exactly that way with getting free from masturbation, but the whole ‘blowing the lid off the shame thing’ was almost identical. I had said I wanted to get free for quite awhile, but when the temptation to satisfy myself came - usually around the time of my monthly cycle - I would make excuses and once again fall.

It seemed like fantasy had a lot to do with it too, and not always sexual fantasies either. Sometimes living-in-the- future-fantasies, like day dreaming about what a fairytale life I was going to have … some day. But once I climaxed, the fantasies and the good feelings both disappeared and I went back to my roller coaster life with some exciting ups, but also a ton of painful downs.

Then I got into relationship with a person -- who later became my spouse. While he also had a bunch of addictive habits -- this wasn’t one of them and he didn’t judge me -- at least not in this area. [Now between us, unless you’re married to someone who won’t condemn you, make sure your accountability partner isn’t someone [male or female] who is going to tempt you to sin sexually or in other ways].

So one day after falling … again, I decided to try the accountability thing that had worked with overeating. And guess what? It worked! Now, please understand, it took a lot of courage to admit to him what I had just done [masturbated], but I really wanted to get free. Because of this strong desire for freedom, I became willing to pay the price [of exposing my shame] and I did.

When I confessed that first time I was really embarrassed and I sheepishly used a code word that I knew we’d both understood. Inside I braced myself for a look [of condemnation], a sarcastic remark [I sure had said a bunch of them!] or a lecture, but instead received a gift. Very simply and kindly he said, I forgive you.

Wow, did that feel good! Before he could change his mind or say anything else I simply accepted his gift, got up and joyfully went on with my life. Wow, I remember thinking, I could get hooked on that feeling!

As good as that high was, it only lasted a few days and then the M-demons returned to tempt me again. Yup, I gave in … again. Sigh. Bummer! But, inside I knew that I was gaining ground. Why? Because I knew I had a tool [accountability] that I could use to win -- if only I would use it. So, the next time the urge came, I told myself that if I gave in I would have to confess. I did fall … but I also confessed! And you know what? It worked!

The urge to masturbate became less and less with each passing month because I used this have to confess approach, which made me think twice before falling again. Then finally I was able to confess before falling and then eventually not fall at all! I strongly believe that because the demons in me knew that I was going to expose them to the Light [Jesus said in John 8:12, I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.

Like scattering roaches that hate being exposed to the light, they hid [quieted down] and eventually left. They had lost their captive [me] because they saw that I wasn’t giving them any more agreement or legal ground. From that sunny Saturday to today -- almost 15 years -- I AM FREE!

I have to give God and my forgiving, patient accountability partner a lot of credit as it took me about 10 years from the first time I first confessed this shameful habit to finally get and stay 100% free. Another really big help in overcoming this and other addictive behaviors was praying A LOT in the Holy Spirit or praying in tongues, [aka one’s heavenly prayer language].

Here’s some really good scriptures you can look up about this wonderful gift: Luke 11: 9-13; Acts 2; I Corinthians 14: 2, 18; and Jude 1:20. If you don’t have this awesome, powerful gift, I HIGHLY recommend you seek God to receive it because when you pray in the spirit, you pray beyond your own understanding [read Romans 8:26 - 28] and you allow the Holy Spirit to pray through you. He gives you all sorts of help in overcoming this and any other shameful habits because God doesn’t want you addicted to anything or anyone but Him. He’s so awesome!

Also, I know that some Christian leaders say that masturbation is not so bad and they downplay its effects, but if you’ve ever been hooked, like I was, you know it’s such bondage! One leader, however, whose words really did help me said this, I’ve never known anyone who wanted to move on in the things of God who didn’t have to deal with this issue [referring to masturbation] if it was a problem for them. I agree.

There are all sorts of rotten spirits that come with this package. One of them is independence: I don’t need men or women. I can satisfy myself is the attitude. Wrong! God made us to be interdependent, not independent. We do need each other -- a lot more than we sometimes think. Some of the other trashy spirits that often hang out with masturbation are uncleanness, lust, shame, self-hatred, mistrust, fear, fantasy lust, perversion, self-pity, sarcasm, mocking and the victim and predator spirits. Yuk!

You don’t want that mess and God sure doesn’t want it for you either! So get honest with yourself and Him and confess the fantasy and selfishness [lust is selfish; love is selfless] as sin and ask Him to show you if there is anyone [including yourself] that you need to forgive so that you can really be really free. Forgive? Yes, forgive.

You see, what I realized is that I could have gotten free a lot sooner if I had known that “the axe is laid unto the root of the trees” [see Matthew 3:10]. But I do now and so can you!! Also, ask Him to guide you to at least one other trusted human being who can help you as an accountability partner. He will and you too can get and stay free!

Also, there are some really helpful books. One that rocked my world is The Broken Image [ISBN: 0-8010-5334-X], by Leanne Payne. On pages 77 - 81 she shares about a man named Randy, an artist, who struggled with habitual masturbation and how it inhibited not only his personal life, but also his artistic endeavors.

This really made sense to me because soon after that sunny Saturday when I got fully and finally free [although it was the many coming clean times before that wonderful day that eventually led to my final freedom], I started writing poetry and joyfully dancing before God. And it was really cool ‘cause an artist friend of mine told me that she saw a real increase in my level of creativity. Another book that some friends highly recommended, but which I haven’t read is, Single, Saved and Having Sex by Ty Adams, [ISBN: 0-9740132-0-X].

Lord Jesus, you know everything about this person and you love him/her deeply. You know that he/she really wants freedom from this addiction or he/she wouldn’t be reading this right now. You set me free and You “do not show favoritism” [read Acts 10:34] so I ask you to give them this marvelous gift of freedom too. Help them recognize that You’re a good God, a loving Daddy and a Friend who wants to help them to be all they can be. Daddy, you gave me the courage and ability to obey I Corinthians 6:18, which reads flee from sexual immorality.

All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. So please give them the peace of God, which passes all understanding too [read Philippians 4:7]. Would you also guide them to people and places where they can find one or more trusted accountability partner(s) so they too can get and stay free and then help others do the same? Thank You, Lord! I love and trust You to do what you promised in Your word: … and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.” [read John 6:37].

Victim and Predator Spirit Prayer That You Can Pray

I give you permission God, to remove any and all traces of victim and predator spirit and I declare to you God that I need your strength and guidance to change.

I repent of any actions on my part of submitting wrongfully to any predator spirit in any person.

I repent of giving them authority over me. Lord Jesus, please forgive me.

I fire every authority figure and person, who has preyed on me.

Every teacher, mentor, boss, pastor, peer, babysitter and family member.

I forgive everyone who has used me as a victim.

I declare today that I am no longer a victim, or a predators’ puppet.

I sever myself, body, soul, and spirit, from every ungodly attachment that has been made between myself and any predator.

I take back from any predator, all wrong power and authority that I gave them over myself, that would determine a wrong identity in me, or any ungodly response. I give that authority back to the Lord Jesus, who really determines my identity and destiny.

Where I have been a predator, I repent of any action and loose any control I have had over anyone in regard to that area. Please forgive me Jesus.

I place You Jesus back on the throne of my heart.

Natural Herbs for Brusitis

If you have brusitis, you'll need each of the six Pure Herbs below. Two to four times a day, you'll apply each of the six pure herbs to the respective area on your body. At night before you go to bed, you'll apply pure herb Vitamin E with Selenium and pure herb Ol' Number 11 by putting both liquid herbs on a piece of gauze. You'll then secure the gauze to the respective part of your body using something like saran wrap.

Rue | Herb no. 1 for Brusitis

Rue is so valuable was it considered in the Old Testament times, along with Mint, a person could pay their tithe [monetary offering] in Rue or mint. Rue is for strong eyesight. Used to cure sprains, aching tendons and pain in feet and ankles. Rue works on the cartilage between the bones to remove and prevent deposits. Think Rue for tennis elbows, damaged joints and carpal tunnel syndrome.

For example, if carpal tunnel syndrome problems [pinched nerve problem at the wrist with resulting soreness, weakness, tenderness and reduced thumb movement], rub Rue on the shoulder, wrist, back of hand and thumb along with Herbal Adjustment and Oil of Cajeput and Arnica.

Also take internally, A.C.S. [All Cells Salts], 40 drops, 3 times per day for minerals, to prevent cramping. Use Rue to relieve dizziness and glandular enlargements. Relaxes tense shoulder and neck muscles. Corrects whooping cough and croup [alarming raspy breathing]. Apply externally to the troubled area, in quantities needed to cover the area liberally, three or more times per day.

Arnica | Herb no. 2 for Brusitis

Arnica is for external use only. Excellent first-aid for bruises, sprains, broken bones or concussions. Make several applications externally to the area until relief is felt. This is a very swift remedy.

An overnight soak can be made for serious cases by putting 40 to 80 drops in ½ cup of water and dampening a cloth or gauze with the solution and covering the injured area. Cover this with plastic sandwich wrap and hold in place with a bandage. Change the dressing once a day and allow the area to dry before reapplying the dressing.

If the skin is sensitive, then apply Vitamin E with Selenium oil from 100 i.u. capsules prior to the dressing. The area can also be washed between dressings. Be sure to discard old dressings and never reuse. Most sprains respond rapidly and are usually corrected with a single overnight dressing or a simple single external application by rubbing in the drops.

Arnica can also be used on the pulse points - 5 to 10 drops on each wrist and temple and back of the neck for emotional and physical shocks, upsets, anxiety or when frightened. One to five drops a day reduces cholesterol when rubbed on the pulse points in a similar manner.

For an excellent sore throat remedy, spray with a spray bottle the sore area, using a mixture of 10 drops of the extract to one tablespoon of water.

Vitamin E with Selenium | Herb no. 3 for Brusitis

Vitamin E with Selenium is one of many compounds found normally in foods that is essential for the body. That is to say, the body needs it and can't get along without it.

What does it do?

It is now fairly well established that Vitamin E with Selenium acts to make sure all of the structures of the body receive enough oxygen. This is a good idea in order to stay healthy and to rebuild health regardless of what the problem is. When there is enough oxygen, the body can go about its business burning fuel and destroying poisons.

This is why a list of conditions, which have been observed to be helped by Vitamin E with Selenium, could fill up a closely typed page. Hence, you do find improvement with the health of the blood, hormone levels, the ease with which the heart works, fertility, nerves, eyes, muscle strength, brain, skin, digestion, energy, breathing easier, and just about anything you would care to mention, including the rate at which you age.

Keep in mind, for Vitamin E with Selenium to do its job properly you must do those other nutritional and life style things that help it to work. It does not operate in a vacuum. This means, make it part of an overall health improvement approach.

Ol' Number 11 | Herb no. 4 for Brusitis

Ol' Number 11 is used to repair or strengthen any type of brain, nerve, flesh, cartilage or muscle injury or weakness. If you cannot work on the area directly, then take Ol' Number 11 internally. 40 to 80 drops, 3 times per day for repair or adding strength to the body. For severe injuries or heavy athletic training, 1 tsp. to 1 tbl., 3 to 4 times per day.

Additionally, for serious injury, you can work on the area directly. One very successful procedure is as an overnight application. Apply several things directly to the area externally. Apply the herb arnica directly to the skin of the area or around the site to get the physical shock out of the area. In this way, the injury can heal rapidly.

Next, apply Vitamin E with Selenium from 100 i.u. capsules to improve the action of oxygen for repair and to prevent irritation if very sensitive skin. At this point, apply externally, either peppermint oil or Oil of Cajeput and Herbal Adjustment and then Formula No. 4. This relieves pain and improves the circulation in the area to be repaired. Next, soak a single layer of natural fiber cheese cloth or absorbent gauze with Ol' Number 11.

Wrap this cloth, soaked with Ol' Number 11, around the injured area and cover it with plastic sandwich wrap. Then, wrap a cloth around all to hold in place for overnight. The next morning, remove the application and discard. Wash the area and allow to dry. [Never reuse the application, as this thermal and moisture barrier application also draws poisons out through the skin, as well as driving the repair herbs internally.]

Repeat the application procedure for the daytime. Continue with an application for the day and night until well. As an aftershave, to baby the skin and make it smooth and soft, apply a few drops of Arnica followed by a generous amount of Ol' Number 11.

Oil of Cajeput | Herb no. 5 for Brusitis

Oil of Cajeput comes to us from the tropics of India and the Molucca Islands of Indonesia. This small tree, or tall bush with drooping limbs, is much like a weeping willow, with multiple layers of paper-like-thin bark.

Cajeput oil is related, in function, to something called tea tree oil, but the action, and not unpleasing taste of Cajeput, is preferred by a great many herbalists. In spite of its tropical home in a humid, hot environment, the Cajeput tree does not fall prey to fungus or infections because of the antibiotic oil which circulates in its sap [circulatory fluid]. It maintains very good health, thank you.

This oil can be taken by people for the same purpose. If candida yeast infections are a problem, then mix three to four drops with a little food and eat at each meal. Naturally, to prevent reinfection, drug antibiotics must be eliminated from the diet, as well as meats, where the animals have been fed on antibiotics as part of their diet.

Another thing to consider, is possible reinfection where the yeast problem would be traded back and forth. In this respect, sexual partners must exercise care to prevent reinfection.

*A bowel program is also a must to eliminate the bowel residues which play host to, and furnish a convenient home base for the yeast to retreat to or attack from. If a cold or the flu, sprinkle a few drops of Oil of Cajeput on a handkerchief or tissue and breathe deeply, as needed, to keep nostrils open.

To open stopped up sinuses immediately, put one drop of Oil of Cajeput in one half cup of water [distilled is best] and irrigate the nose, lean the head back and sniff several drops through the nose into the throat. An eyedropper is a good aid to this procedure. In cases of flu, fever, tight chest and or laryngitis, place one to two drops directly on the tongue and apply several drops to the throat and chest area.

Cover up and sweat the mucus loose as the oil penetrates and breaks up the infected mucus. You may cough up mucus as tough as tire treads, but you will be well in a very short time. Oil of Cajeput is a pain reliever if sinus blockages or headaches occur. Apply the oil to the painful area and the pain leaves.

The same can be done for toothaches or tooth abscesses, to clean them. Place one drop of the oil on a cotton ball and lay between the gums and cheek and leave there until relief. For external sores and abscesses that just won't heal, mix one part Oil of Cajeput with three parts olive oil, place on gauze and lay over the area.

The area will slough off diseased tissue and build healthy, pink, repaired tissue in short order. For relief of swollen breast(s) due to congestion, apply full strength to breast(s) externally as needed.

For boils and carbuncles [multiple boils involving an area], generously rub the Oil of Cajeput directly on the area. The oil will penetrate at once and relieve the pain, and mix with the purulent [pus] material and push it out or dissolve it.

Oil of Cajeput is very handy to have around the house for ordinary cuts and scrapes, as well as, serious cuts and gashes. In these cases apply, as needed, full strength to heal without a scar and prevent infection. You need not medically wash the area and cause more pain. Just apply, or let drip on, the Oil of Cajeput.

Swellings around the toenails or fingernails are repaired by a few drops directly applied. Ringworm and external fungus infection, such as athletes foot, are also quickly dispatched by Cajeput. If dryness occurs in the area where Oil of Cajeput is used, also apply oil from 100 units vitamin E capsules.

If head lice, mix one part Oil of Cajeput with three parts of olive oil and apply to the scalp. Leave on overnight and shampoo next morning. Repeat each evening until free of lice. Then, 10 days after free of lice, repeat process to kill any remaining lice or hatched eggs. In cases of colitis problems with hemorrhages, apply 80 drops of Cajeput oil, three times per day to the abdominal area.

When erosion of the cervix occurs, douche daily with 5 drops of Cajeput in one cup of distilled water. The same mixture can be used as a vaginal douche for gonorrhea. Impatigo [a highly infectious rash of yellow, pus-filled skin blisters] can be fully corrected in a short time by direct applications. Oil of Cajeput is truly a potent weapon among our herbal resources for building better health naturally.

Dose | As given above. For mosquito and insect bites, apply directly to the area. To repel mosquitoes, apply externally to exposed area. Do not get in the eyes. If this happens accidentally, flush with water.

Herbal Adjustment | Herb no. 6 for Brusitis

Herbal Adjustment is a quick acting dramatically effective procedure for relief of headaches, leg cramps, menstrual cramping, arthritic discomfort, sports injuries, back discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, heart attacks, strokes and internal bleeding. For relief of pain and cramping two liquids are applied to the skin, one is peppermint oil which is cool and the second is a combination of herbs known as Herbal Adjustment which is hot . The peppermint oil is applied first and the Herbal Adjustment second.

The procedure of using these two liquids together is called an Herbal Adjustment. In some cases, as given here, Herbal Adjustment is also taken internally and will be described individually. This procedure will not interfere with medication and will not make a person groggy. Needles and injections are not used.

Headaches and tension
For headaches, first apply peppermint oil from the tip of the tailbone, up the spine, and on to the neck and the back of the head, on the scalp, and on up to the top of the head. Make the application about the width of the person's hand. Next, apply the two liquids to the temples and forehead. Have the person lean the head back so as to avoid getting any of the liquids in the eyes. [Should an accident occur, flush thoroughly with water, remain calm and peace will return.]

Also apply to any additional areas of the head which are hurting. Finally, apply in front of and behind the ears, down the neck on both sides and out to the shoulders. This complete application will have an effect on the entire nervous system of the body. The affects are quick and relief is swift. Repeat as needed.

For additional help, if needed, put 40 to 80 drops of Herbal Adjustment in a cup of water and drink it down. Do not sip as it is hot and best to get it over with as soon as possible. If a mild headache is in progress, usually an application of the two liquids to the temples, forehead and back of the neck are all that is needed for headache relief.

Chiropractic Adjustments
The Herbal Adjustment liquids penetrate quickly into troubled areas. After application the liquids at once relax the nerves and muscles, which then allows the bones to go back into their proper places and the circulation resumes its normal function. In this way oxygenation and relaxation of cramping muscle pain is alleviated.

The Herbal Adjustment liquids may be applied several times in extreme conditions and then repeated as needed. Do not get into eyes, and wash hands after application. Application before a chiropractic adjustment makes for a very easy and quick adjustment. It will be noted the adjustment is speeded up and sticks [stays in place] far longer.

Arthritic discomforts
For arthritic discomforts the two liquids are applied to the area as needed.

Cramping and menstrual cramping
If cramping or menstrual cramping, apply the two liquids directly to the offending area. If additional help is needed put 40 drops of the combination Herbal Adjustment in a cup of water and drink it. [Herbal Adjustment will not stop a normal menstrual flow as it is a natural bleeding.] Repeat as necessary.

Heart attacks, strokes and internal bleeding
To stop a heart attack, stroke or internal bleeding put 40 to 80 drops of the Herbal Adjustment in a cup of water and drink it. Also, apply to chest and neck or area(s) of bleeding. Repeat as needed. If stress is great and a heart attack is a real possibility while you are trying to repair the heart with other herbs such as myrrh and mullein, [and or others, see: Historical Uses of Herbs at the beginning of this work] use Herbal Adjustment to keep yourself alive during the process even if it takes months. Lives have been saved by doing this.

Liver spots or age spots, as they are also called, dissolve easily with the continued daily application of Herbal Adjustment on the spots. Please consider that in some way, the body is not functioning as it should or these liver spots or waste dumps of concentrated pigment, would not have appeared in the first place. If they do occur again, then think in terms of improving overall health as needed, such as digestion and bowel elimination, to start with.

[Remember to follow the advice about not rubbing your eyes after application of Herbal Adjustment or bringing Herbal Adjustment into contact with private areas. If an accident, then follow the advice as given earlier in this topic.]

Skin cancers
It must be observed, to be truly appreciated, how the daily and persistent application of Herbal Adjustment externally to skin cancers, dries them up, causes them to fall off and leave healthy, pink skin in their place. This process can take as little as a matter of days or two weeks and, in some cases, up to six and nine months or more, but it does work.

It is suspected that when Herbal Adjustment takes so long to do its job, that it is working on a problem much deeper inside the body, of long standing, and you are working on something more than just skin deep. Nevertheless, praise the Creator, it does work.

Persistence is the key here, no matter what, continue the application at least once per day and for more desperate conditions, three and four times per day until results. Before you heal anything you usually have to slow the condition down and then stabilize it. Then reversal can take place. But, in the meantime, you are not getting any worse and that is a kind of victory too.

Many practitioners also use Vitamin E with Selenium oil from capsule(s) on the area first and then apply Herbal Adjustment on top of that. This reduces any possible irritation and assists in repairing the area more quickly, with the prevention of any possible scar tissue.

Sports injuries
For sports injuries such as sprains, twists, bumps, bruises, torn tendons, ligaments, etc., apply Arnica to the area to take the physical shock out of the nerves, then peppermint oil and then Herbal Adjustment to the area for relief of pain and to correct the circulation. Then, apply the repair formula Ol' Number 11 to start the repair process.

This is done as soon after the injury as possible. Repeat every three to four hours as needed. However, it should not be thought that this procedure will not tackle chronic and old injuries with equal determination, because it will. The night procedure for sports injuries is to open capsules of 100 i.u. of Vitamin E with Selenium and apply the oil to the injured area.

Then, soak a natural fiber cheese cloth or gauze with the repair formula Ol' Number11 and wrap the area with the cloth. The larger the wrap, the greater and quicker the affect. Wrap this then with plastic sandwich wrap, and an additional cloth wrap around this, to hold everything in place for the night. This procedure forms a thermal and moisture barrier, to drive the herbs into the area and pull poisons out, in a time-release action during the night.

The herbs are driven into the body, congestion is broken up, swelling reduced and function restored. There is a two-way traffic flow here. Herbs are pushed into the body area and poisons are pulled up and sweated out of the body at the same time. The next morning remove the application and discard the herbal cloth as it is spent and contains poisons. Wash the area and allow to dry.

Note |This process of applying an herbal tea or herbal extract to the body soaked in cloth is know as a fomentation. For the daytime, apply the herb Arnica, Peppermint Oil and Herbal Adjustment every three to four hours. Repeat this daytime and nighttime process until the area is repaired.

Lower high blood pressure
To lower dangerously high blood pressure, put 40 to 80 drops of Herbal Adjustment and 40 to 80 drops of Golden Bough in a cup of water and drink it. Repeat as needed.

Herbal Adjustment combination includes the following herbs |Black cohosh, blue vervain, capsicum, indian tobacco, siberian ginseng.

Dose | As given in the above work. Additionally, Herbal Adjustment can be given as part of a daily herb regimen, to spark an herbal program and get it to work, at the rate of 40 drops in a cup of water, 1 - 4 times per day.

Note: Just the Herbal Adjustment combination is put in water to make the drink. If a peppermint tea is desired, only 1 - 2 drops of the oil to a cup of water makes a good tea.

Chiropractic physicians
When the area to be adjusted is too tense for the needed procedure, peppermint oil and Herbal Adjustment applied to the spine, neck and shoulders rapidly relaxes the areas. Then, minimal pressure is required to achieve remarkable results.

Massage therapists
Peppermint Oil and Herbal Adjustment applied to tense areas of the spine, neck, shoulder and other areas [avoid eyes, under arm and private areas] produce a warming and relaxing effect which makes therapeutic massage a very rewarding experience.

General note | If for some reason a person should have an allergic reaction to peppermint oil, [if there is one, it is usually confined to temporary redness of the skin] many practitioners enjoy the use of Oil of Cajeput in its place.

In May on Twitter, I commented on i-n-t-e-g-r-a-t-e-d healing & deliverance. Here's what it is. Typically, when churches have deliverance service, it's either impromptu [during alter call] or it's a planned deliverance service. Both are fine because it's at the direction of the Holy Spirit.

What's been learned by those who are veterans in healing and deliverance is many times parishioners don't stay healed and delivered for a long time or permanently. You know as well as I that those services are exhausting and a lot of work.

Neither the pastor nor the parishioner wishes to continue redo-ing and redo-ing healing and deliverance on the same person for the same issue.

It's even a bit disheartening to see when the person returns back to whatever they were healed & delivered from -- even if they elect not to return for another healing and deliverance service.

Naturally, the healing and deliverance veterans within the body of Christ globally asked, "Well why isn't the healing and deliverance lasting?"

Many books, articles and even ministries have been started around the world in response to this one question.

Allow me to transition to me for a moment, please.

There's nothing like my own story.

My life bottomed out a few years back.

That's the simplest way to put it.

I went to talk to my [former] pastor, a great man of God and gifted leader to this day.

He understood, prayed with me and I left.

I told him I knew something was wrong in the spiritual realm.

One thing I like about him, still, is he'll admit when he doesn't know something.

Well remember -- my life was a wreck and I needed answers, which no one could offer.

I have a [former] church member in OH who said, "Child, when you need help, you gon' find somebody to help you, somewhere, you don't care how long it takes you, you will not stay broken."

And she's right.

If the Holy Spirit is our all-in-all, then it didn't make sense that I had to operate in such a broken state daily.

Long story short, I took about six weeks to fill out an application for integrated healing and deliverance ministry. I also completed prerequisites so I’d be prepared to go through the ministry.

Integrated means two healing and deliverance ministers, also known as my ministry team, spent one week exclusively with me. There were also intercessors and prophetic intercessors praying for me, which I didn’t know until the last day. I never met them. They were interceding for me weeks before I arrived and definitely the week I was there.

They prayed and studied over my application before I arrived in conjunction with the Holy Spirit.

There were prophetic intercessors and intercessors [that I never met] prayed specifically regarding me for insight from the Holy Spirit.

Their focus was, Holy Spirit help us, identify, show us the roots of where her issues began in her life that are still affecting her to this day.

1st - That being said, they went back four generations in my family, on both sides [this is why it took 6 weeks for me to fill out that application]. They examined, studied and co-labored with the Holy Spirit regarding my family lineage to identify active generational curses that were affecting my life; we broke all those generational curses.

It's so nice to use past tense now -- that were affecting my life. HA-LE-LU-JAH! The reality is, any person who is breathing who hasn't broken generational curses, is living actively with generational curses. It takes a good 40 minutes of simple teaching to show this reality to any Christian breathing.

Exodus 20: 1 - 17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21

2nd - They [my ministry team] identified all the ungodly things [better known as lies] I believed about myself, other people [family, friends, white people, enemies, church members] and even God [based on my earthly experience with dad]. Just about every person [even if it's subconscious] draws some conclusions about God based on their relationship with their earthly father no matter how good, great, bad, absent or devastating he was.

Women, in particular, [even if subconscious] draw conclusions about God based on relationship with men, brothers, husbands, dad, step dad, pastor, etc. [doesn't take long for me to find this by studying a person's life with the Holy Spirit]. Again, co-laboring with the Holy Spirit, we changed those many beliefs into godly beliefs.

That is, what the Lord say is true about me, my family, my friends, white people, my enemies, men, what God says about Himself and my church members. This is a lot of work; the sentences here don't do this justice, but I have to keep it moving here.

3rd - Oh Lord, this is the part I don't like here. You and I both know what it's so darn hard for people to forgive. You, me, the Bible and integrated healing & deliverance ministry teams around the world, agree that forgiveness is the key to freedom. Then why so many people keep having a forgiveness problem. It's preached about every single day -- 24 hours a day, on radio, tv, internet, streaming sites, tons of Bibles, tracks, CDs, christian music.

Why? why? why? why?

Even if a person cannot articulate it, it's the pain/hurt associated with the person or situation that they can't get beyond -- that the wall blocker. This lady said to me about 10 weeks back, Christians just outta live right, they know better -- then she quoted me some scriptures. I responded to her [as I was walking my four daily miles in the mall] that nothing matters day-to-day to any person in any kind of pain except how to get through the day dealing with their pain.

Yep, folks are married and yes their families should be first, but dealing with the pain takes precedence. We both know there are tons of ways people deal with pain. This brings up to the next part of integrated healing and deliverance ministry. The ministry team co-labors with the Holy Spirit [in private] to deal with the roots of the person's pains.

Ugh - I hated this part! Much needed, but I really didn't want to do this. Thereafter, forgiveness flooded like the waters of the Niagara Falls! to this very day.

4th - The ministry team taught me in scripture my authority in dealing with the demonic activity in life. Now why I'd never learned this in church for three decades still fathoms me to this day, hell, almost makes me mad. Many churches and pastors generalize and talk about freaking freedom all the time and never gave me the tools to know how to engage daily with the warfare in my life. Can you believe this? Can you believe this?

Do you know how many seminars, conferences, conventions, counselors, years of Bible studies, institutes, books, tv programs, pamphlets, ministries ... I've gone through in three decades.

This is almost similar to the trillion-dollar pharmaceutical industry. Just give people drugs for a life time to treat the symptoms, but never the root cause -- all the while the meds are killing them daily and causing even more problems.

The church -- just tells people they need to be free, have deliverance services ever so often to deal with the surface issue temporarily [but never dismantle the spiritual roots so the symptoms will be forced to die]. Well, the ministry team taught me what demonic oppression was and we commanded the demons out.

Lastly, they showed me how to take the offense instead of always living my life in a posture of defense and reactionary mode.

The integrated approach to healing and deliverance taught me how to stop operating day-to-day in the natural with people and address the spiritual [demonic] behind people's action.

As you and I know every thing is spiritual. Let me underscore that again, e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g is spiritual. The more Christians operate day-to-day in the natural, the more they are frustrated, tired and defeated.

Yep, I know we tell people to pray, and that's very much needed. But as we know, demons do not respond to prayer, demons only respond to authority. Authority which most Christians have no idea how to use daily. And no pastor and no counseling ministry in a church has the time to deal with this level of activity in every member's life.

That changed my life!

One week being taught was fundamental biblical tools every Christian should have and use every day -- changed my life and a 180 turn was made. I went back there [two years] to the int'l school to learn integrated healing and deliverance and I graduated with a certification in integrated, biblical healing and deliverance.

I'm sharing this because I get tired of folk living in bondage.

So many leaders in the church just aren't aware, but with the use of technology and continuing to co-labor with the Holy Spirit -- the body of Christ, at-large, and by denomination will have knowledge of integrated healing and deliverance.

And you know what the benefits of integrated healing and deliverance are to a pastor.

a) Fewer visits from your parishioners for the same issue, which means more time for you and your family

b) The believer is empowered to deal with their own issues

c) Your church operates in more freedom because the members have lasting healing

d) People see the fruit of the healing and start asking the others, how'd you get like that, so multiplication begins

e) There's no way for the church not to end up having a healing and deliverance ministry team that serves the body [or even the community] which changes families and heals up the bride of Christ so she [the church] is without a spot or wrinkle

So many people are so deceived daily as you well know.
They think they are just having bad luck.
They think this is just the way it is.
They think folk just got personality problems.
They even think their common illnesses are just inherited through the family [rather than an extension of a generational curse that controlled by demons].

There are healing and deliverance teams literally all over the world.
Either people can come to us or we go to them any where in the United States or other countries.
We are equipped to come to churches to train leaders in a group setting [healing and deliverance seminars].

I am ... Sasha Fierce. Who is Sasha Fierce?

I strongly encourage you to send this article to every youth pastor, parent and the leadership of every youth department that you know. This article is credited in its entirety to Latter Days Ministry Web site. Their site is not to be confused with the Latter Day Saints or Mormons. The ministry is called Latter Days because believers are in the last days leading up to the second coming of Jesus Christ. Latter Days is a Christian ministry dedicated to preparing God's people for His imminent return.

Here is a riddle for you. How does a nice, Christian girl become a whore, a witch, and a manslayer? The answer is she doesn't; someone else does. Are you confused yet? Well, just keep reading.

Beyonce announced in 2008 she wants to be called Sasha Fierce. Fittingly, the name of her new album is, I Am ... Sasha Fierce. So what? you may say, "That is just her stage name, all the stars do that." Is it just a stage name? Let's see what Beyonce has to say about it. [emphasis added by the writer of this article from Latter Days Ministry Web site]

“When I see video of myself on stage or TV I’m like, ‘Who is that girl?’ That’s not me, I wouldn’t dare do that." Beyonce, September 2003.

"I created my stage persona to protect myself, so that when I go home, I don't have to think about what it is I do. Sasha isn't me." Beyonce, Parade Magazine, December 2006

"I wouldn't like Sasha if I met her offstage." Beyonce, Parade Magazine, December 2006

"I have someone else that takes over when it's time for me to work and when I'm on stage, this alter ego that I've created that kind of protects me and who I really am." Beyonce, Press Statement, October 2008

"I’ve created an alter ego: things I do when performing I would never do normally. I reveal things about myself that I wouldn’t do in an interview. I have out-of-body experiences [on stage]. If I cut my leg, if I fall, I don’t even feel it. I’m so fearless, I’m not aware of my face or my body."

Beyonce believes that when she is performing, another person takes her over and causes/allows her to do things that she would not ordinarily do. While in this out of body state, she is not aware of, and loses consciousness about, her own body! Her performances are so debased and exhibit such debauchery, that she cannot even bring herself to acknowledge what she is doing [and what she has become]. Instead, she has created this alter ego that allows her to escape her actions and attribute them to another person. So, it is not Beyonce grinding, hunching, pumping, and stripping half-naked on the screen ... it is Sasha!

Even on her Web site, she allows you to see these different personalities. At the bottom of her site, you can slide the pointer over to the I am side where the entire site becomes lighter in appearance. Here, the pictures of Beyonce appear provocative and revealing, but her facial expressions are more demure. Slide the pointer to the Sasha Fierce side and the entire site becomes dark while the pictures take on a more sadomasochistic feel.

You know what they call this in the world? It’s called Multiple Personality Disorder that involves a disturbance in identity whereby two or more separate personalities or identities, known as alters, control an individual's behavior.

You know what it is called in Biblical terms? Double-mindedness, or as stated in the Greek dipsychos that literally means two minds or two souls.

"A double minded man is unstable in all his ways." James 1:8

The double-minded person continually falters between two choices - God and satan - because an unclean spirit [demon] has taken root in their souls.
I Kings 18:21

The presence of this demon spirit defiles the soul. James 4:8

In order for the heart to be purified, the unclean demon spirit must be cast out."Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." Psalms 51:10

How does Beyonce go from disliking and disassociating herself from Sasha to embracing and becoming Sasha? It is the evidence that the demon Sasha is taking her over. The more Beyonce gives room [an open door that gives legal right to the demon to enter, inhabit and take residence in a person] to Sasha in her life, the more her own personality will be suppressed and overcome by that demonic spirit.

This is illustrated in Beyonce's I Am Sasha Fierce tour. She demonstrates that when it comes to a battle between herself and Sasha, Beyonce loses and Sasha wins.

Beyonce appears as virginal, innocent, and sweet dressed in white, which is the image often presented of her. Yet, we know this image has no substance as she reaches for a double-sided coin and is exposed in a way that is neither pure nor innocent. It is a depiction of whoredoms as purity, which is really what the whole Beyonce/Sasha dichotomy is about.

Beyonce proceeds to toss the coin into the air, with one side representing Beyonce and the other side representing Sasha Fierce.

Notice how the crowd cheers as Sasha wins the flip of the coin. Many Beyonce fans identify more with Sasha than Beyonce, and there is a reason for that. We will explain this later.

Is Beyonce's identity really just a result of chance? Is this just a promotional gimmick? Or is something else going on entirely here fellow Christians?

"... for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage." II Peter 2:19

"It’s entertainment and I believe god is okay with that. I honestly believe He wants people to celebrate their bodies, as long as you don’t compromise your Christianity in the process." Beyonce, The Sun, October 2003

In 2003, Beyonce was still trying to hold on to a semblance of Christian life. She was able to deal with her role as a member of an R&B trio because in her own mind, it was just entertainment. It was all okay as long as she didn't compromise her Christian principles.

But what happens when the world begins to demand more? What if holding onto Christ begins to interfere with your career aspirations? How do you deal with the fact that the way you dress, the things you do, and the words you sing are immoral? You adopt another personality so that you can have it all, Christ and the world - or at least that is what Beyonce has tried to do. Matthew 6:24

You may resent me [the writer of this article on Latter Day Ministry’s Web site] for saying this, but I desire to see Beyonce set free. I cannot even write this post without great sorrow over what is happening to this young girl. Frankly I find those who relish in her demise to be sickening. It turns my stomach that people will sing and dance along with her music as they watch her being overcome by what she acknowledges is something beyond her control. Such people care nothing for her. They would rather see her life shrivel up and her spirit crushed as long as the music keeps playing. Think about that the next time you are singing along with her latest hit. While you may be enjoying the beats, it is coming to you at the expense of her own life.

G. Craig Lewis of EX Ministries has an eye-opening documentary series entitled, The Truth About Hip Hop. Beyond exposing the Hip Hop genre, Minister Lewis does a tremendous job of explaining how satan is using today's music to channel worship unto himself.

Similar to how the presence of the Lord is ushered in during a church's praise and worship service, the world's performers also instruct their fan(atic)s in the ways of worship. Performers encourage fans to raise their hands in surrender, call out their name, and incant the words over themselves as they sing along. This creates an atmosphere of worship whereby a transference of spirits can occur as they invite the spirits undergirding these entertainers to enter their own souls. Even secular news outlets reveal this truth in describing Beyonce's I Am Sasha Fierce concert, "The mostly female audience, a collective of worshipers made up of all ages, shapes and sizes, danced along."

In the case of Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce, they go one step further and place a curse over all of their fans by holding their hands up in a pyramid framing their left eyes to channel the all-seeing Eye of Horus. In Egypt, the pharaohs were considered to be a reincarnation of the false Sun-god Horus/Ra. The Eye of Horus is a reminder that Horus/Ra is keeping watch over and protecting mankind. As a representation of his daughter, the Eye of Horus is also referred to as the goddess Sekhmet [also spelled Sachmet]. Although not an Egyptian name, the name Sasha itself literally means Guardian of Mankind. It is the same spirit presented in Sachmet. Yet who are Jay-Z and Beyonce guardians of mankind for?

There is a video on YouTube illustrating Jay-Z and the rest of his lackeys making the song Lucifer, Don of the Morning. Part of the lyrics in this song [to use the word lightly] include, "And when I perish, the meek shall inherit the earth. Until that time, it's on and poppin', church." Immediately after this part in the song, Jay-Z says, "That's my word. I never read the Bible a day in my life. I don't even know how I knew that though."

Jay-Z, let me help you understand. There is a demon speaking through you! These are not your words, these are not your styles, these are not your beats. You are just a vessel through that Satan can get across his message. He is using you, and your supposed genius is nothing more than the demonic rantings of a fallen spirit being. Who is the "I" waging war against the church of God? Who is the "I" who must perish before the meek inherit the earth? It surely isn't Jay-Z. It is the false god, Ra; a representation of Satan himself.

According to Egyptian mythology, Ra became angered by the people's rejection of him. He then plucked a symbol of his daughter - his own eye [the all-seeing eye] - out of the royal serpent and sent her forth as a lion in the earth to destroy mankind. We are told on the ancient Egyptian religion and mythology Web site that in her blood lust, "She waged war on humanity slaughtering thousands until the fields were awash with human blood."

There is a reason why Jay-Z thinks that he is god.
There is a reason why Jay-Z sings tributes to Lucifer, Don of the Morning.
There is a reason why Beyonce's alter ego is named "Sasha."
There is a reason why Sasha has married "Jayhovah, the God MC" [as he calls himself]. There is a reason why Sasha is "fierce."

Fierce is defined as violently hostile or aggressive in temperament, given to fighting or killing, marked by unrestrained vehemence, wild or menacing in appearance, savage, cruel, barbaric.

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12

Do you think these things are just occurring by happenstance, that it is just coincidence? Scripture says to know no man after the flesh. II Corinthians 5:16 These are spiritual forces at work. Sasha is on a rampage, and under the tutelage of the false god Horus' all-seeing eye, she is on a mission to destroy.

Before satan could fully use Beyonce, he had to diminish her resistance to the Sasha demon. There was a progression in Beyonce as she grew closer to Jay-Z; a progression in her music, in her performances ... and in her acceptance of Sasha. Gone was any innocence that may have been associated with her earlier image; now she shifted to Crazy in Love [the first song released on her previous CD titled Dangerously In Love.]

"Sasha Fierce was born when I did Crazy in Love. People, when they meet me, expect that all the time, but that person is strictly for the stage."
Beyonce, People Magazine, November 18, 2008

Beyonce says that Sasha Fierce was born when she did Crazy in Love. This video is an excellent depiction of what Jay-Z's influence has done and how Sasha becomes stronger as Beyonce is [spiritually] killed off. Beyonce sells her soul to become more famous, but the price is that she is left burning in a hellish fire that Jay-Z started so that Sasha Fierce can live. The devil loves to make a mockery of man by putting what he is doing right in your face. Art is indeed imitating life. Yet, what started the fire?

"Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. What? Know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? For two, saith he, shall be one flesh. But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body."
I Corinthians 6:15-18

Fornication is the one sin that is actually against your own body, because you are joining yourself spiritually [not just physically] with the person with whom you fornicate. No matter how casual the experience, you have created a soul tie that gives the spirits operating in that person access to your soul. The more you fornicate, the stronger those ties become.

"But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." James 1:14-15

Beyonce's imagery, her songs, her performances ... they are all created to engender lust. Her body is actually the divining rod used to enthrall and instill lust in her worshippers. It is pure witchcraft. There is a prominent woman in Bible who God says was both a witch and a whore; her name was Jezebel. [II Kings 9:22] Like Sasha, she too was a slayer of men.

"When Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it. And she painted her eyes and adorned her head and looked out of the window." II Kings 9:30

Jehu, a man of God, was coming to confront Jezebel for her idolatry against Israel. Notice that the first thing Jezebel did was to paint her eyes. This was a dedication ritual used to tap into the magical powers of the Eye of Horus [mentioned at the beginning of this article]. Dark grey paint was used to accentuate the eyes and extend them out to the corners of the face.

By doing this, Jezebel was asking her gods for the power to seduce and overpower Jehu. The scripture goes on to say that it was some eunuchs [castrated men who were not subject to her demonic charms] who finally cast Jezebel down.

On Beyonce's site, when you slide the pointer at the bottom of the page to the Sasha Fierce section, the pictures on the top of the page change. Every single Sasha picture featured has Beyonce adorned with this eye dedication. As seen in the Bible, she is using the Eye of Horus to be endowed with a Spirit of Seduction and to use that spirit to entrance others [like youth, males and women].

This demonic Spirit of Seduction will be imparted to those who follow after her. While that may sound glamorous, look at the price of insanity that Beyonce is paying to entertain that demonic spirit. Even more telling, look at the end that Jezebel suffered for the same - cast down, trampled underfoot by horses, and remains eaten by dogs. God says that He will not suffer a witch to live and the demise of Jezebel illustrates God's vehement anger against this demonic spirit.

What Happened To One Beyonce Fan: The Demonic Spirit of Seduction

In preparation for one of his The Truth About Hip Hop videos, Minister Lewis interviewed a young girl who talked about her experience as a fan of Beyonce. She initially was a great admirer of Beyone's beauty, style, and music. The more she followed Beyonce, the more she wanted to be just like her. But then strange things began to happen.

Instead of lusting to be like Beyonce, she began lusting to be with Beyonce. The feelings of lust Beyonce inspired were now focused on Beyonce herself. This young girl now had to contend with feelings of lesbianism from the unclean demonic spirits as they attempted to corrupt her very soul.

Beyonce has a song on her new album entitled, If I Were a Boy. The song might as well be entitled, Why You Should be a Lesbian. In this song, Beyonce sings about all the things that she would do differently if she were a boy in love with a girl. The song lays down the premise that no one can understand and love a girl like another girl.

We discussed in an earlier post how satan is attempting to prepare mankind to receive the anti-Christ by perverting the nature of mankind into that of a sodomite. Clearly Beyonce/Sasha is playing right into his hand as she is held up for all the world to admire.

Sasha is not an alter ego, nor a stage name. Sasha is a demon spirit. Demonic spirits within you fellow Christians require [integrated] healing & deliverance, else they remain in your life/body. Because you stop listening to Beyonce’s music or when you stop looking at her videos does not remove the demons you, your children, the youth at your church or adults at your church have opened themselves up to.

In Jay-Z and Beyonce we have the continuation of the same ancient, unclean demonic spirits that have been trying to influence mankind for centuries. There is truly nothing new under the sun. As seen through the example of Jezebel and Ahab, they rule through perversion as they lead people into idolatry to worship false gods and away from The True and Living God.

Really think about what Beyonce has said. She finds what she is doing in her life so reprehensible and so contrary to what she knows about God, that the only way she can live with herself is to blame these acts on another person, Sasha! [You are aware that blame shifting is also controlled by a demonic spirit, right fellow Christians.] How then in good conscience can you support and celebrate her descent into madness? Instead of the church being in prayerful intercession for her, many are too busy trying to get access to her latest album.

There is a bonus track to the I Am ... Sasha Fierce album called Save the Hero. In this song, Beyonce claims to be in need of a Savior. Some of the lyrics include:

I lay alone awake at night
Sorrow fills my eyes
But I’m not strong enough to cry
Despite of my disguise.

I bottle all my hurt inside,
I guess I'm living a lie.
Inside my mind each day I die
What can bring me back to life?

I've given too much of myself
And now its driving me crazy
I'm crying out for help?
Sometimes I wish someone would
Just come here and save me
Save me from myself.

When she's left all alone
And she’s crying out for help
Who's there to save the hero
Who's there to save the girl.

There is no glam in being demon possessed; it is torture, bondage. It will make you feel as if you are going insane and as if you are dying, because you are [spiritually dying]. Thank God there is a Savior who can give life, who can destroy the disguises, who can save us from ourselves. His name is Jesus, and He is waiting and available to remove the burdens and the bondage for all who come to Him in faith.

The transformation of Beyonce into Sasha is nothing to wink at. It is a testimony to the reality of the spiritual war being fought for the souls of men. Those who falsely believe [like Beyonce] that God will somehow overlook or excuse their sin, you are deceived.

There is only one answer for sin, acknowledge, confess and repent according to the Bible. In these end times, those who commit themselves to Christ will be transformed more and more into the image of Christ. Those who commit themselves to satan will be transformed more and more into his image. There is no middle ground. Choices are being made every day as people decide which fount it is from which they will drink. James 3:11-12

"He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be." Revelations 22:11-12

Please know that this issue of demonic spirits being channeled through entertainers, including Christian entertainers, is not limited to Beyonce and Jay-Z. Be watchful, prayerful, and wise about the music you and your family listen to.

Some individuals also find this hard to deal with and claim that this is just crazy. Yet interestingly enough, not one of these persons has been able to dispute the evidence presented.

They don't dispute Beyonce's own words about what is happening to her.
They don't dispute the idolatrous spiritual history tying the false god and goddess Ra and Sachmet.

Because they are already in alliance with that same demonic spirits.

Bad effects known to occur from low blood sugar could easily fill several, closely type written pages. Dr. Ernest J. Krebs, a noted authority on cancer, has often stated that if a person eats 6-12 apricots kernels per day, they will never have to worry about cancer. He recommends peach or cherry kernels, as well. Contained within these kernels is a very small amount of a substance called nitriloside amygdalin [laetrile, vitamin B-17]. Once you taste apricot kernels, you can recognize an accentuated almond taste. That is the part that kills the cancer cells. It is also present in almonds, but to a much lesser extent. You may find your body is hungry for this taste and the truly wonderful effect it has. The safe rule is not to eat any more apricot kernels than you would of the apricot fruit during a day.

Dose |10-20 drops per day, as a daily maintenance. 40 drops to 1 tbl. 3 times per day, if cancer in the body. Keep the bowels open to expel the dead, nauseating cells and poisons with a good bowel program which produces 2, and preferably 3, bowel movements per day.

If necessary to quickly relieve the nausea of this regimen, take, as needed, 10 to 40 drops of a poison antidote such as black cohosh or virginia snake root. Additionally, an enema can be taken. Usually, within 10 minutes of taking the enema you will feel better. If necessary, repeat the enema.

HIP HOP MUSIC -- There’s something that’s now rocking America; it’s worst than a bomb. It’s now created a bunch of young [Christian and non-Christian] people who totally defy order. The churches have now embraced it, hip hop, and the whole world is being rocked by the impact of it. The enemy started planning this demonic hip-hop strategy in the Zulu nation in Africa and even all the way back to Pharaoh. The enemy began to prepare something to catch and captivate the minds of young people to pull them straight into his own belly. This is the hip-hop culture. This means church youth [and adults] will and are beginning to worship the devil through hip hop music. It’s plain and simple. Our youth [and adults] need deliverance from this because the music and videos have created an open door into their young lives.

Why do Christian parents allow their children to buy clothes that promote godless, perverted artists – like Sean Jean, Rocawear. Biggie Smalls, when he was living, had a group called The Junior Mafia – it was broken into three groups. Each group was called a 6. The entire junior mafia was called 666. Right before Biggie Smalls died, he was preparing to start a clothing line to be named 666. And had this come to fruition, would Christian parents have allowed their children to purchase these clothes and wear even wear them in the house of God. Of course, 666 is the mark of the beast. So what’s a simple strategy the devil uses to promote the anti-Christ agenda, he raises up superstars – like Biggie Smalls, like Beyonce, like Jay-Z.

Russell Simmons [former husband of Kimora Lee Simmons] is the owner of Phat Farm clothing line. His house looks like a gym and in his basement he has a statute of Kali. Kali is the Indian yoga goddess of death and destruction. He prays to this statue every morning. Kali had followers that would worship her stature back in the 19th century. They sacrificed money, jewels and possessions to this goddess. When people came into the temple to worship Kali, men came into the temple to beat up whoever was worshipping Kali. They were robbers and thieves. These men would put the jewels in their mouths and hide all of the possessions they stole. These men were named thugs. Russell Simmons is pegged as a godfather of hip-hop and he worships the goddess that rules over these thugs. The word thug is synonymous to the hip-hop culture. Many people in hip-hop refer to themselves as thugs. There is a new show getting ready ready to air [at the end of 2009] about Tupac titled Thug Angel.

These artists in the hip-hop culture begin to take on thug characteristics and conjure up and channel these very demonic spirits of the thugs back from the 19th century. [There are pictures available to compare facial expressions of body mannerisms so you can see how identical.] 50 Cent, Slim Thug, Mike Jones, Young Buck, Lil John – these guys are glorifying being thugs. This is demonic worship or familiar spirits as scripture calls it. Notice the facial expressions of these hip-hoppers [view videos on YouTube by Minister G. Craige Lewis]. In the form of entertainment, satan is using these hip-hoppers to promote the anti-Christ agenda. Yes, they even put their extravagant jewelry in their mouths, just like the thugs from the 19th century that stole from those who worshipped the idol god Kali in the temple.

Jay-Z calls himself jehovah god. He believes he is god. He does not believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He believes the Black man is god. His clothing line is Rocawear. And why are Christians buying these clothes and even sporting them to church? He has an album called The Black Album and there’s a song on there that you have to play in reverse. These are the lyrics when the song is played in reverse – 666, murder, murder Jesus, 666. [The video of this song being played backwards is posted on this site for you to hear.] Yes, these are the subliminal messages Jay-Z is sending to those listening to this song. And why are Christians supporting him again? Have you noticed that hip-hop clothing is in every department store now. Wake up saints! We wonder what's wrong with our youth and young adults. We wonder why the atmosphere in our homes are not peaceful. Well -- this hip-hop music and the videos create many open doors for you, your children and young adults to invite the demonic right on in to your home, car and life.

Remember the old song, Another One Bites The Dust. When that song was played backwards or in reverse, it said, I like to smoke marijuana. When kids were interviewed, the kids said, they just wanted to get high, they wanted to smoke weed. The kids and adults didn’t have any idea why these thoughts and urges were coming upon them. Christians, saints, believers -- there are only two forces in the world -- God who was Jesus in the flesh and satan. God who is available to us now through The Holy Spirit is omnipotent. As we know, satan can only be in one place at a time. So, what does satan do? He uses demons to do his work. He has assigned demons everywhere. To you, your family, your community, your church, your denomination, your city, your country, your institutions, your governments, your companies, your vocations, and, of course, the media, education and entertainment industries.

A few months ago we were approached by Charisma magazine to do an interview. We have been asked by several national talk shows and publications to give interviews. We always pray and proceed with caution. EX Ministries is not in the business of seeking to promote our cause or message through nationally distributed magazines, however when we were approached by Charisma, we agreed to do the article. We agreed partly because, Charisma has a reputation of being edgy and also they informed me that they were doing an article anyway, whether I agreed to the interview or not.

So I gave them the whole story and answered their questions only after they promised that they would print exactly what I said. Further more, I found that just a year or so prior to this, they had released an issue with a very lengthy cover story on holy hip hop and its use in the black church. I hoped that they would give us the same consideration and print the information we gave them so that it would answer questions and warn others about the dangers of hip-hop.

In the February 2007 issue, they printed the article about us, and much to my surprise, they were very reserved with editing my answers and hardly printed any thing that we addressed in our interview. Although we do not feel the article was directly negative towards our stand, we do feel that the meat of the matter was never really dealt with. I would think that this information would be important enough to discuss with as much intensity as the article they did on holy hip hop, but once again, the booty shaking, grilled mouthed, inmate mimicking, embarrassment to our race, hip hoppers, were lifted up and the truth behind hip hop was snubbed.

Since Charisma didn’t print our interview in its original format, we decided to give you the full list of questions and answers uncut and unedited, as I corresponded with their journalist. This is the information that the 700 Club, Gospel Today, Charisma, and many others will not print for whatever reason.

JB of Charisma Magazine -What is the goal of your DVD series The Truth Behind Hip Hop?

G. Craige Lewis - Actually, we have no goals for the DVD because we never pursued or planned to record a DVD. One of the most dangerous things that I believe has infected the body of Christ is self-promotion. Yet, this is what most pastors or traveling evangelist are told they must do to get the word out. If the word they were trying to get out was their own then promoting it would be fine. However, if its God’s Word then I believe that God is responsible to promote it. The Truth Behind Hip-Hop is definitely an example of that. The series came about as a result of my traveling and preaching The Truth Behind Hip Hop for two years prior to the DVD. The 1st DVD was recorded in 2002 at the request of a ministry in my area. Initially, I turned them down, because I didn’t want to change the way God was getting the message out. However, after I prayed, the ministry approached me again and the Lord told me to let them record it. The recording didn’t cost me a dime of my own money and besides that, we never mass-marketed it, signed a distribution deal, or tried to promote it ourselves. Yet, through word of mouth and just making them available on our site quite a few people have ordered the DVD’s. What are my goals and desires for the DVD’s? I never planned for DVD’s in the first place. Simply put, I want what God wants and that is for every believer to deny himself and follow Christ!

JB of Charisma Magazine -Your message on secular hip-hop is clear, however, I didn't see where you offered an alternative or solution to what our young people should be listening to. Could you please explain further on this?

G. Craige Lewis - This is dealt with in our 3rd DVD, Antichrist Superstar. We believe that God is not an alternative! He should never be put in the position to replace something that should have never been there in the first place. Consider this, a young person is saved and delivered from an addiction to drugs and the church gives them holy drugs as an alternative? This is absurd. Yet this what so-called holy-hip-hoppers are doing. That young person doesn’t need an alternative drug; the drugs should have never been in their lives in the first place. We teach young people that Jesus Christ is the WAY! Seek him and find him and you will know then what is good and acceptable according to the unction that is within you, called the anointing! We are here to push people into the face of God not by offering replacements, but rather using the written word of God and exposing the darkness and deception that exists in their lives whether through music, or any other form of idol worship. God is first. Once you seek him, you will know in your heart what is good for your mind and soul. Some people think that I am anti-music. As a musician and former producer, I have recorded plenty of music; I have friends who record good Christian music; and according to some trends in ministry, I should be taking the bad stuff and then selling them my stuff—but God has not told me to do that. I preach the message that God has told me to preach and let the Holy Spirit, PASTORS, YOUTH PASTORS, and parents do the rest.

JB of Charisma Magazine -What are your feelings toward the holy hip-hop movement?

G. Craige Lewis - Holy hip hop is ridiculous. It makes no sense. It's just another tool of the enemy to make our young black males act, dress, and behave in a manner that is only beneficial to a rap star and those that profit from it. Although, these antics may be entertaining to some, to the average black man, these behaviors are roadblocks that halt their forward progress in the true culture we live in called the American culture! Dressing like gang members, wearing your hair like women, sagging your pants like inmates, and speaking broken English is, by the American standard, unacceptable behavior and will continue to be a hindrance in the future of our generation. Why would a church embrace that? Why would a church promote that? Out of desperation, many churches are resorting to holy thugs and gospel gangsta's to entertain their youth while the adults are worshipping. You see, you can't minister to teens about self-love, self-promotion, self-empowerment, and all the fluff messages that our new mega-church era is overrun with. Kids won't sit through, what I call the top-pop sermons of the neo-penecostal movement: Miracle, season, harvest, breakthrough, favor, destiny, and purpose. Only adults will chase that stuff. Kids want it real. Therefore, to keep them entertained without a true heart for their souls, you must do what is popular to them. You must mimic the world, follow the world's lead, and subscribe to the current trends and fads if you don't have a true call to minister. Therefore, the holy hip hoppers have found a way to masquerade as the answer while they sell their music and promote themselves. They sound just like the secular stuff. They look just like the secular stuff. They even listen to the secular stuff to get their sound and flavor. So, all they really do is build the desire for the kids to go out and get the real stuff but just do the imitation while at church, cause that's what is available!

JB of Charisma Magazine -Jesus translated the gospel into terms that people could understand [i.e. parables and storytelling]. Do you feel this can be OK for our culture as well? Can hip-hop be used in this way? Why or why not? I think of it as the same as different publishing companies providing different translations of the Bible. I also think of Paul's verse that said he is all things to all men [1 Corinthians 9:22], except a backslider and unrepentant sinner, of course!

G. Craige Lewis - First of all Jesus didn’t translate the Gospel He was the Gospel, the Gospel is the record of His life, death and resurrection. Secondly, He didn’t speak in parables so that people could understand. Ironically, it was just the opposite: He spoken in parables so that the truth would be hidden to those who thought themselves wise and prudent.

Matt. 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

Matt. 13:10 And the disciples came and said to Him, Why do You speak to them in parables?

Matt. 13:11 Jesus answered them, To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.

Matt. 13:12 For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from him.

Matt. 13:13 Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.

If anyone has seen any of our DVD’s or have ever heard me speak, they will know that we teach and preach that hip-hop is not just a genre of music. Hip-hop is a lifestyle. It is a manner of life. When a person comes to Christ He changes his lifestyle. Furthermore, hip hop's origin causes it to be useless when it comes to ministry. The word hip hop, according to the founders of the culture and the pioneers of the music art form, was first used in the clubs by the Sugar Hill Gang. Remember that song that said, hip hop, hippy to the hop, don't stop rocking ...? Well, that song was using the two words hip hop to describe women's booty's shaking to their beats in the club. Basically, in it's simplest form, hip hop means booty shaking! Your hips hop to the beats. Just look at the last twenty-years of hip-hop videos: the clothes changed, the music changed, even the lyrics changed but one thing that always remained the same is the gratuitous camera shot of girls hips hopping. We can quote “I became all things to all men …” all we want to; but I don’t think Paul ever meant that he would make the people’s booty shake to win them to Christ. Moreover, how in the world can you have holy booty shaking? Sure, the youth will come to shake their butts and throw up their hood signs, but will they be changed? We have seen millions of youth saved, set free, and delivered, and we have never used any kind of music to draw them.

JB of Charisma Magazine - Since I have begun to research this article I have come across some interesting observations. If it is OK, I would like to explore these with you. It is said that hip-hop culture can be looked at the same as American culture. Both have their up sides and their down sides. If you showed someone from another country all the American strip clubs, bars, jails, and ghettos, perhaps they would see America in a terrible way. But if we showed that America also had churches, good will and charity organizations, sports, great universities [that is up for argument, but anyway] :-)), one would see American in a more realistic light. It has been said that the hip-hop culture is also the same way. The bad is very bad, but there are very positive things that come out of the culture -- creativity, holy hip-hop, political voice, a point of connection to express and release the pain of this generation. How do you feel about such comments/observations?

G. Craige Lewis - Hip-hop is a sub-cultural movement, and cannot be compared to an ethnographic or demographic culture. A subculture is defined as a group with distinctive characteristics within a larger culture. This is why we say that hip-hop is at best, a subculture. Furthermore, its not a movement based on it's own concepts but it is a subculture that uses basic deconstruction of words and concepts to cause those that are apart of it to strive to be more visible in our present society. Initially, hip- was created out of lack and fatherless-ness. Young boys whose father's were absent began to adhere to the streets rather than abiding by the rules that govern success in society. The streets life became their expression and selling drugs, murdering, and fathering illegitimate children became their motes operandi since they had no authoritative male figures to look up to. This birthed the clothing, the language, and the social rejection that gave way for this subculture to emerge. All that we see now is a result of lack and fatherless-ness. Should we adapt to that? Or should we show a better way? Should we promote Christian gangsta's and holy thugs? Or should we teach them that the street life is not the only way there is? There is no way to compare the American culture with a street life subculture that was birthed out of rebellion and recklessness. You can't rebel against a culture that you are apart of and expect to excel in that cultures system. So, if you are not a rapper or DJ or some other occupation that is financed by the subculture of hip hop, then you won't make it in the true American culture. Rebellion will only label you an outcast or reject and cause you to be ridiculed and immobilized.

JB of Charisma Magazine - Another thing I would like to better understand is that you mentioned that hip-hop comes from the devil and that it is satan's trick to cause people to worship him and receive his mark. Did you mean all hip-hop?

G. Craig Lewis - Please allow me to restate your question referring to my earlier definition: Did I mean all booty-hop came from the devil? Hmmmm … ultimately yes. However, before I answer where hip-hop came from, let me clear up where it didn’t come from. Obviously, booty-hop did not come from God. I hear a lot people [mostly holy-hip-hoppers] trying to refer to hip-hop in its purest form. Referring to hip-hop as a pure form is like trying to refer to crack as a pure form. crack in itself is a hybrid of cocaine and other chemicals used to cut it. Yet the reason holy hip-hoppers try to make this quantum leap in logic, is so they can somehow say that hip-hop is a gift from God. One very popular Grammy nominated Holy-hip-hop group suggest that on judgment day God will judge us based on what we did with Hip-hop. God has nothing to do with hip-hop. The founding fathers of hip-hop all readily admit that men created hip-hop out of rebellion. So technically, man created hip-hop, but rebellion inspired it. The Bible clearly states that rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. What spirit governs rebellion and witchcraft? The devil. So what about holy hip-hip? Surely, they distinguish themselves from the rebellious element of hip-hop don’t they? No, they can’t. Jesus said a kingdom divided against itself can’t stand. Holy hip-hoppers dress like secular hip-hoppers; behave like secular hip-hoppers [throwing up gang signs] and even listen to secular hip-hop so they can emulate them. At one of the holy hip-hop awards shows, a fight broke out east coast against west coast just like secular hip-hop.

When most holy hip hop artists rap, they never refer to it as Holy, but just hip hop. Why is that? Because, there is only one subculture of hip hop and it is not holy! KRS-ONE, the lead prophet and spokesperson for hip hop says that Biggie was [the counterfeit] John the Baptist and Tupac Shakur was [the counterfeit] Jesus Christ and they died for our sins! He is revered and looked up to as the father of holy hip hop. He says in hip hop there are no gods and goddesses, we are the gods and goddesses! He even has T-Bone and BB Jay on his CD called Spiritually Minded, which is sold in Mardels, Family Christian, and all major Christian bookstores. He says he is a prophet and is here to teach the truth about Jesus. He says we are all Jesus Christs and should not worship him or call his name out, but be Jesus. He has Temples of hip hop all over the country and is meeting with holy hip hoppers to join together in efforts to promoting hip hop in the church! In our discussion with Ambassador of the Cross Movement, we urged him to call what he was doing Christian rap and not subscribe to hip hop culture. We asked him why couldn't he just rap for the Lord and use his ability to create rhymes for God without giving credit or props to hip hop. He said he couldn't. He is apart of the hip hop culture and would not denounce it. All rappers believe that rap is the music, but hip hop is the lifestyle or the way of life. This tells us that all hip hoppers have an agenda. Not to just rap, but to promote a rebellious way of life! Hip-hop takes what was once seen as bad and makes it good. Thugs, pimps, and gangstas was once seen as bad but hip-hop says that its good. Holy hip-hoppers are governed by this fundamental element and try to sanctify hip-hip by adding one word holy to everything. Now they say holy thugs, and gospel gangstas as if this will change the essence of hip-hop terms.

JB of Charisma Magazine -And also, what did you mean when you later said that satan can't create anything, that he is anti-God and anti-creation? Just to clarify, it appeared that there was a contradiction in that point. Could you explain your complete thoughts on that?

G. Craige Lewis - Satan did not create hip hop, but he used man to create it. Man has a unique ability that was not giving to satan. Man has God's attribute of creation. The devil took the music, the fatherless-ness, and the false god worship of the Zulu nation, and fused it together to form an anti-Christian movement of Hip Hop. I don't believe the devil created all the things that make up the movement, but he did mastermind the culmination of them all.

JB of Charisma Magazine - Also, how would you respond to the argument that people may bring up from Colossians 1:16-17: For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist? I have heard this text used to defend that use of hip-hop to glorify God and to win people to Christ.

G. Craige Lewis - There is NO biblical example of music ever being used to win souls to Christ or to evangelize. Music as a unique ability to coerce your mind and physiologically causes the release of pleasure chemicals in your brain. Because of this, it's hard for a person to make a good sound decision for Christ with the emotional trappings of music involved. Their decision will be based on feeling rather than fact. I believe that this accounts for much of the schizophrenic Christianity of the modern Church. Many churches heavily use music during their altar calls and people make a decision for Christ without being soberly minded. This leads to a conversion that is based on their emotions rather than their sound judgment. When they go back to their former environment and their emotions change they turn away from God. There is no biblical account of music being listed as a fold in the five-fold ministry or used by the apostles to draw a crowd. Jesus said no man cometh unless the Spirit of God draws him. If you notice, the only people that are really pushing hip hop in the churches are those that profit from it. Since when did the resale industry's method become our model for winning souls? When I speak, we never use music and hard core gang members, pimps, whores, drug dealers, drug users, etc. have come to Christ by the thousands without hip hop or any music!

JB of Charisma Magazine -What do you think of holy hip-hop churches and ministries?

G. Craige Lewis - What's next? What is the church going to do to reach the red-light district? Or the strippers? Are we going to dress up like whores and start whore ministries to reach them? Are we going to dress up like pimps to reach pimps or cross dress to reach homosexuals? [Believe me, some are probably behind the scenes trying to set up these movements even as we speak.] People need the power of the Holy Ghost to change them, not our methods. These are the purpose driven churches that are really people driven! They want big numbers and large offerings, so they turn to fleshly methods and the promotion of their own ideas rather than preaching the truth of the Word of God without compromise. If the holy hip hop churches and ministries were really affective, they would be in the streets with their kind and not in some building acting street! I want all pastors and ministries that are holding on and not giving in to this perverted move of carnality by embracing this demonic sub-culture to know something. You are not alone!

There are hundreds of thousands of churches and ministries out there that are not giving in and just because you see the mega pastors and conferences trying to push this hip hop agenda, stick with what God is telling you. There is something wrong with boys sagging their pants and tattooing their bodies. There is something wrong with girls dressing and acting like prostitutes and hookers. There is something wrong with gospel gangsters and holy thugs wearing grillz and speaking broken English. Stay true to what you know God is saying. Teach the parents and they will effectively minister to their children. Don't sideswipe their authority by bringing in the very images and lifestyles that parents and the education system of America is trying to change.

JB of Charisma Magazine - Thank you Elder Lewis for your responses. I see in one of your answers that you asked to one of the members of Cross Movement to call their music Christian rap. It appears from this dialog that you do not have a problem with someone rapping Christian lyrics -- just not subscribing to the hip-hop lifestyle. Is this assumption correct? Also, what style of music would you say is appropriate for Christians to listen to? Or maybe you wouldn't tell someone what to listen, but how would you teach someone to choose the kind of music that truly glorifies God?

G. Craige Lewis - I am not against rap, or any style of music, but I do not believe that Christian music should exalt the performer at all. If it's Christian, or Christ-like, it should exalt only Christ. The holy hip hoppers promote themselves all in their music because hip hop is self expressive and self serving. That is against the plan of Christ, self denial! I believe a Christian should seek God in every way possible and deny their flesh in every way possible. This includes selfish music that causes us to move in an inappropriate manner or songs that lift up people as idols and do not lift up Christ. Self denial is the root of Salvation and must be practiced as Paul said, daily. So, with our investigative estimations of the gospel music industry being over 95 percent homosexual, self worship is being promoted in music and self promotion is key in being successful as an artists. The only example of this in the Bible is Lucifer, the angel that the bible says iniquity was found in him because of his much merchandising! It also states in Ezekial that the iniquity of his traffic [self promotion] got him cast out and labeled profane.

As atrocious and inhumane as slavery was, this Senate resolution was not mentioned on one major news television outlet in America.

The U.S. Senate on Thursday, June 18, 2009, passed a resolution apologizing to African-Americans for the wrongs of slavery. The nonbinding resolution sponsored by Senator Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, is similar to a House resolution adopted in 2008 that acknowledged the wrongs of slavery but offered no reparations.

The House will have to vote on the issue again because the composition of that chamber changed after the November 2008 elections. The resolution was approved on a voice vote.

Because it is nonbinding, it does not have to be forwarded to the President of the United States for his signature. Several states have passed similar resolutions, but the House resolution was the first time a branch of the federal government did so.

Harkin's resolution acknowledges the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality and inhumanity of slavery, and Jim Crow laws, and apologizes to African-Americans on behalf of the people of the United States for the wrongs committed against them and their ancestors who suffered under slavery and Jim Crow laws.

Jim Crow laws were state and local laws enacted mostly in U.S. Southern and border states between the 1870s and 1965 that denied African-Americans the right to vote and other civil liberties, as well as legally segregated them from whites.

Some members of the African-American community have called on lawmakers to give cash payments or other financial benefits to descendants of slaves as compensation for the suffering caused by slavery.
